Programme planning
Programme planning in the not-for-profit sector is often like an attempt to build a complex jigsaw puzzle. Worse, it is often a jigsaw puzzle with many of the most important pieces missing.
We take a real-world approach to help clients build robust but practical plans for their projects and programmes which recognise the many constraints, especially in international markets.
We always start by challenging clients to articulate clearly what success through the programme will look like. We then work backwards using outcome maps, log frames and a good dose of common sense and experience to identify output targets, activity plans and resource requirements.
We have particular experience of programme planning for education, for programmes targeting young people and in international contexts.
