Impact evaluation
We have extensive experience undertaking both formative and summative evaluations of complex social and educational projects and programmes.
We are familiar with all the common, logical approaches to evaluation and are also well versed in the practicalities of evaluation in the real world in which outcomes are often ‘messy’ and at least partly intangible.
We take an evidence-led approach involving collation of in-programme M&E data, original research where necessary and qualitative input from practitioners and stakeholders.
We make our evaluation reports accessible to stakeholders recognising that evaluation is as much about communication as accountability.
We always highlight lessons learned for the future.
