This client has a small insight and planning team but wanted to prepare a strategic plan for the company brands which would genuinely leverage insight from an extensive range of research and intelligence projects which had been undertaken.
We were asked to contribute in three areas:
- overall management of the project; ensuring that internal stakeholders took ownership of and delivered against their elements of the plan
- specific data analysis and interpretation around customer behaviour and brand potential in terms of market share and future revenue
- independent challenging of internal thinking and contributions to the plan
Working closely with in-house teams we were able to help deliver a plan which gave the leadership team confidence in the organisation’s direction and sustainability.
