She was able to articulate the challenge facing the business and asked us to scope, spec. and commission original research across 5 countries to help provide solutions.

Following initial briefing we put together a RfP document for field agencies and pre-qualified those we believed could deliver a complex multi-national project to time and budget.

We reviewed the proposals and gave a short-list and recommendation for final decision by the client.

Throughout the field-work period we acted as the contact point for the field agency, dealing with issues and challenges as they arose.

We worked with the agency to ensure basic analysis was delivered to time and budget. Following review by the client then undertook further detailed analysis of the data in specific areas.
